Non-urgent advice: Please Note
The reception team will ask a few questions to signpost you to the right clinician or service, please don’t be offended when asked.
The surgery opens its phone lines at 8:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday – Friday for appointment booking. The receptionist will triage your request and direct you to the most appropriate service. We book all our appointments in advance, so there is no need to call at 8:00 am for any routine requests.
For anything urgent, please call us at 8:00 am on the day and the receptionist will triage your request appropriately. You may be directed to Urgent Care / A&E / Pharmacy depending on the nature of your problem.
